The California Tribal Court Personnel Associations’ mission is to empower tribal court personnel through education, resources, and collaborative support that promote justice and sustain cultural integrity within Indigenous communities.

The California Tribal Court Personnel Association is a California nonprofit mutual benefit corporation recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

We provide education, training, and resources to help tribal court personnel succeed in their roles. Our goal is to ensure court staff are knowledgeable, confident, and prepared to serve their communities effectively.

We support tribal courts in upholding the cultural values and traditions of Indigenous communities. Justice should reflect and respect the identity and sovereignty of each tribe.

We connect tribal court personnel across California to share knowledge, experiences, and support. By working together, we strengthen tribal justice systems statewide.
